Hey my peeps whats going on with you?
Hope all is well!
I can say that I am alive and well today but as far as drama goes I have plenty right now.
Started out with one of my tenants complaining about water in his tub backing up and not going down properly.
So had one plumber come and he said that we needed a certain machine called "water jetter". It is a high pressure hose that is put into the pipe and blows everything out and cleans all the pipes in the house.
Well he came, did it, and everything was working fine. Then 2days later another complaint, same situation and problem.
So got the plumber there once again. He found a leak under the tub and then snaked the tub. Then lets not forget from the 1st time the pipes were backed up there was water in the basement on the floor.
So when he came back and he went down the basement he was able to see things better and low and behold what did he find? Not only one of the MAIN pipes clogged up, but it's cracked and it's under the concrete.
So now here is the deal...I pumped out most of the water in the basement so the plumber can come and do the work.
He is going to come tomorrow, break the ground, replace the pipe, clean it out and any other ones that a clogged as well due to this mess and then re-pave the ground that he is going to break up.
Once he has finished his part then the clean up guys come to get rid of any water or shit that's left.
Then after all that is said and done were going to TOTALLY gut out the basement. Leave nothing down there but the boiler!
So we have alot of work ahead of us. My mom gets worried and becomes a ball of nerves when shit like this goes down so I have been staying there a few extra days out of the week.
Plus my SCUMBAG brother is doing nothing to help, his thing is if he helps he wants to get PAID for whatever it is he does!
FUCK THAT & FUCK HIM! I told him that I am helping handle everything and he can go fuck himself! Of course with a few other choice words for him!
So that is whats going over in this Brooklyn Blogger's life.

Sounds like an expensive problem. My brother is the opposite, we try to pay him when he helps and he wont' take the money.
